So we are here in Marietta, Georgia today, and we are doing a complete gutted remodel to this home. It is going to be such a transformation! So right now there’s not a lot complete, but I’m going to take you inside.

Okay. So first we’re going to start with the stair casing. They’ve redone all of the stair casing, added stair treads to the floor here. And then we’re going go up. We have added some hardwood here that we’re going to be able to stain to match the previous hardwood that was already here. They’re just going stain it to match. Looks like they have a few floor samples over here, but they’re trying a couple colors out

And there’s Not any electricity on, back here, but I’m going to see if you can see a little bit. Yes. So they’ve started on this bathroom here. They’ve done the back wall. It’s a blue, a really pretty baby blue tile and
they’re going to add this tile in here, it’s going to be so pretty. Not a lot going on here. Just we’re going to sand all the hardwoods to match in each room. As you can tell, there’s a lot of different colors going on right now. This is going to be a fun project. Let me take you downstairs.

So they’re installing the floor tile right now. They’ve got the back wall complete is what the floor tile looks like really pretty. I really like this one. They have installed all LVP down here in the basement on the floor. It’s a wider plank LVP, I love the color. And it’s the same in each room down here, but that’s a little sneak peek. I’m going to show you, um, some more once it’s all done, but this is going be a fun one.
