Come follow K&M Floors Inc on a New Construction project we are working on. Today I will show you all the amazing Ceramic Tiles that are being installed in this home.

Hi friends. I am here in Governor’s town called today. We are working in a new construction home. So there are eight bathrooms that will be completing. It will take us a few weeks, but I want to give you a glimpse of what’s happening in here. So follow along with me.

So this is the first bathroom. They have chosen a pattern tile on the floor and then a 4×16 white subway tile from floor to ceiling on a brick joint or brick pattern. And then they chose a penny tile for the bottom of the shower floor and then a gray grout. So this is the beginning stages of this bathroom. Let’s see what else we can find next. We come to the laundry room that it is 16×32 on a brick pattern. It’s a gray tile with a little bit of character, different colors of gray throughout. This is the laundry room upstairs and they chose the same tile as a laundry room downstairs.

Now we’re coming into the Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs. They have chose a white with little hints of gray detail in a 16×32 on a brick joint and here, and then this really pretty white tile with little gray specs throughout or detail throughout on the tile floor. And then a 16×32, um, on a brick pattern as well on come Florida ceiling. Okay, so this is another bathroom upstairs. They chose a hexagon black tile for the main floor in this bathroom. And then they chose a four bus 16 subway tile from Florida ceiling on a brick pattern in the shower, and then a penny tile on the floor.

Here’s another one. It is on the beginning stages. They just started laying the tile today. It’s on a herringbone pattern, but I really like the detail of this tile. I believe this one’s my favorite so far. Um, I can’t wait to see this. It looks like once it’s complete. Okay. So this one is a pattern tile with the four bus 16 subway tile as well with black route and then penny tile on the shower floor. But this one’s going to really be unique. The master bath shower is not even started yet. So I’ll have to show you that one at a later date, but this wraps up today’s.
