KM offers a nice selection of quality products, and we really enjoyed working with Stephanie Cook at KM floors. She possesses expertise of the entire process from design to installation. Stephanie communicated with us flawlessly throughout the entire process from start to finish. We purchased tile, laminate, and carpet and we are very pleased with the outcome. I live in an older home which presented some unique challenges to my bathroom renovation. Jason and his crew figured out how to give me my dream bathroom. I originally contacted K&M for a quote to put new flooring upstairs and my experience with the first appointment, from the thorough explanation of the process, the samples provided, the images of what the finished product would look like, fast installation timeline plus the best pricing made it an easy decision to request a quote for remodeling three of my bathrooms. Jason came out within days and had the quote to me within hours. He set the entire project up to be completed in a tight window - and they delivered!! The entire process was stress-free due to the excellent organization and communication provided by the team. The finished product is beyond my expectations - I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend K&M Floors not only for the flooring but also for bathroom remodels!
